A 50% non-refundable retainer must be made prior to your session/wedding at contract signing. If the retainer is not paid or if the contract is not signed, your session is still considered an inquiry and is not booked. If a different payment plan would be better for you, this can be arranged with Courtney Broska Photography.
If you do not see a package on this guide that accommodates to you, contact Courtney Broska Photography with what you are interested in and she will be willing to help make your vision come to life.
All galleries include access to Courtney Broska Photography’s print store for high-quality prints, canvas, etc. of your memories and will be shipped directly to your home after purchase! If choosing not to go through the print store, a print release is included in your purchase of the session package.
Family/Milestone Sessions- Image quantity is dependent on child behavior and time spent at the session. If your child(ren) is/are become unconsolable or uncooperative during the session, Courtney Broska Photography will try her best to give you the amount guaranteed and capture as many moments as possible or offer you a reschedule on a different date. Also, we all have those days and it is entirely 'OK'. :)

Two separate 45 minute sessions, 1 location and up to 2 outfits per session, 2 full high-resolution galleries. Can be used for pregnancy/adoption announcement, maternity, family, and newborn photos.

Once you're ready to be a part of the CBP Fam, I will send you a contract and invoice to officially book you. To book, I require a contract signature and retainer payment. Typically, my retainer is 50% of the package investment. If a better payment plan works for you, we can set it up at this time. This is where the magic begins! I'm so excited that you have chosen me to be your photographer.

Whether you've booked your dream session, elopement, or wedding with me- communications are unlimited during what I call the "waiting game". This is the in between after officially booking and your date. You can reach out to me at any time for advice, if you have any questions, or anything else. I am here for you every step of the way.

Travel expenses are additional to any session, wedding, and elopement package.
If the session or wedding's location is over 40 miles roundtrip from my base location, and in driving distance, it will be calculated per mile. If airfare travel and/or lodging is to be accounted for, that will also be calculated additionally and not included to the package chosen.
However, if the destination is on my bucket list, I will shoot your session, wedding, or elopement discounted- if you pay for my travel ;)

Yes! I offer mini sessions year-round for a starting price of $150. You receive 1 location, 1 outfit, 20 minutes of my time, a full high-resolution gallery, personal printing rights, and access to a professional print shop.
Not only are these mini sessions offered year-round, I also host specific mini sessions at different points of the year (ex. Fall Minis in the fall, Valentine's Minis in the winter). To stay up to date on styled mini sessions, follow Courtney Broska Photography on Instagram and Facebook.

To ensure I can provide you with the best experience, I recommend booking 6-8 weeks in advance for sessions and as soon as you have your date for your wedding/elopement. It is important to inquire early if you'd like to book during peak season (May-October) so we can make sure you get the date of your choosing!
To officially book, I require a contract signature and retainer payment (typically 50% of the package investment). I also offer customized payment plans if a 50/50 plan does not work for you.
My turnaround time for sessions is at maximum 4 weeks, especially during busy season. For weddings and elopements, it is at maximum 3 months.

Well duh, of course you can! I am a lover of all things fluffy and cute. Although I love all animals, I am not fond of anything that is slimy and slithery. You can bring your goldfish, that's cool with me. But if you want to bring your pet 🐍, I will sadly have to refer you to someone else!
I ask that if you're interested in bringing your pet to please contact me before doing so.

Yes it is! I would love to capture your most authentic, candid moments and it is what I strive to do for each client. If you are willing and feel that you, your child(ren), or your boo would be more comfortable in your own space-- let's do it! All I need is a well-lit room/window space and a whole lotta love.
If you wouldn't like photos inside of your home but instead your outdoor space, this is also possible!
